That’s a nice choice too. You should try with the big pieces. It’s great!

many varieties indeed. somehow i feel that the dry versions are better, compared to the soupy ones.
maybe the noodles retain their QQ texture, until the end of the meal?

I guessed so… It could also be that each string of noodles has a more flavorful taste.
