To start off the prosperous Lunar New Year, toss to good fortune and longevity with the Fatt Choy Yee Sang with Salmon and condiments, which would be available at the DIY buffet counter. The Prosperity Poon Choi, which is literally translated to “Chinese casserole in a basin” is one of the “must have” dishes during this auspicious celebration. If you prefer a la carte order of Prosperity Poon Choi or Treasure Pot it’s also available at RM588+ per serving.
