Café Jen at JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La, is currently having its Sinar Ramadhan Eat All You Can Buffet Dinner from 31 March 2023 until 21 April 2023, from 7.00pm to 9.30pm. The buffet is priced at RM108nett (adult), and RM54nett (child). Shangri-La Circle’s members can use their points to redeem the Ramadhan buffet dinner too. Some of the main highlights of the Ramadhan buffet you should watch out for are their signature’s Curry Fish Head, Lamb Stew, Bamboo Clam Kam Heong, Daging Goreng Jintan Acheh, Ayam Masak Kicap Minang, and some of the street food such as Pasember and Hokkien Mee at the action counters.

On top of that, the hotel also provides a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for families and groups of friends to break their fast together in their own private event at our function room, with a minimum requirement of 50pax from as low as RM85nett per pax only, according to guests’ preference. The Tamarra By Irama Dining has been known to be one of the top key players during the holy month of Ramadhan to churn out many unique dishes with remarkable plating styles, clearly proven at their maiden Ramadhan buffet launch last year. In my opinion, their Signature Kerabu Platter, surrounded with fresh vegetables, kerisik, salted fish, salted eggs, fresh water prawns, Solok Lada, etc was one of the best I’ve tasted so far. Combined with an assortment of other kerabu and sambal, it was the perfect meal for my diet. The main dishes of Kambing Briyani, Nasi Kuning Kacang Dhall, Ketam Gulai Nenas Tok Ma, Ayam Goreng 7 Rempah and more are some of the dishes to look out for.

The outdoor live action stalls on the other hand had Kambing Golek, Satay, Grilled seafood/meat on skewers, Shawarma, Mee Bakso and Kari, Gulai Kawah Kepala Ikan, and more.

Desserts are in abundant with various local kuih, sweet Bubur Kacang Durian, Serawa Pisang and even durians served with Ais Kacang and Cendol.
