Entrée dishes include salmon gravlax, butcher platter on ice comprising of chicken terrine, chicken salami and smoked duck breast, vegetable sticks with guacamole dip, smoked fish platter on ice with a medley of smoked salmon, tuna and smoked mackerel served with a side of horseradish cream, sushi and sashimi platter, assorted sushi platter, fresh salmon tuna, a taco platter and a cheese platter with mixed nuts and dried fruits. Usher in 2020 at Penang’s latest hotel along Tanjung Tokong Beach. The party themed “Bienvenidos 2020” will be held outside Elementos Tapas & Lounge. Finger food would be served, which would include items such as chicken wings, sautéed spicy chicken in barbecue and pepper sauce, Cajun spiced fish fingers, mini spring rolls, French fries and chicken lor bak. Getting to the hotel might be a bit confusing for tourists. It’s not too hard to locate Hompton by the Beach, Penang as it’s located along the beach of Tanjung Tokong. Just drive all the way from Jalan Tanjung Tokong for around 10 minutes and you would see the Hotel Mercure on your right. Keep to the right of the traffic lights and make a U-Turn, then keep to your left and turn left into Jalan CM Hashim which is after the Penang Chinese Swimming Club and before the Viva Local Heaven Food Court. Elementos Tapas & Lounge is located at Level 1 of the hotel, on the far right end of the hotel’s reception area whereas Spice Garden is located at Level 11 of the hotel.
